A session in our Ail banya includes meditation, cleansing rituals, sound therapy, hot and cold contrasts, and a deep immersion into traditions with fascinating stories from our steam therapists- who will carefully guide you through every step of the spa ritual

First Steam — «Altai Immersion»

Relax surrounded by steam infused with thyme, juniper, wild rosemary, and Siberian fir scents, whilst listening to traditional Altai instruments

Session two
Main treatment - Softening steam

Lay on a hay bed and receive a steam treatment with oak and juniper branches, then scrubbing with hot herbal mint and nettle leaves. Next, feel the contrast on your skin by diving into our cool ‘Akkem’ bath and then warming up with a cedar branch treatment

Cleansing

Receive a foam massage, soap wash, and cedar-honey scrub

Contrast treatment

Warm up in our hot bath with thyme and juniper, then feel the cold contrast of dipping into our ice bath with fir branches

Final Steam treatment

Breathe in the final steam and warm up with aromas of meadowsweet and edelweiss oil, get a body rubbing treatment with snow, and then feel the coolness of thyme and juniper infused water being poured over your skin
