At the beginning of the session, you’ll enjoy 30 minutes of hot steam to relax your body and calm your mind, followed by a soothing massage with gentle touches. After the massage, the highlight of the program begins- a sound therapy ritual and final meditation, providing a time for quiet self-reflection and solitude
